It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package if required.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of medicinal products and patient safety regulations.
If your prescription is declined by our pharmacist following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of your payment. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
